Allison Towlson
Senior Vice President, Regional Executive, ACE Bermuda
Allison Towlson was appointed ACE Bermuda Regional Executive in 2004 with a mandate to implement an effective business development plan designed to expand business relationships and facilitate access to ACE Bermuda’s products.
Ms. Towlson joined ACE in January 1998 as Underwriter in the Excess Liability department rising to Vice President with responsibility for corporate reporting, training and development, and marketing.
Ms. Towlson has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining ACE she spent seven years with Sedgwick Global Broking (Bermuda). As Assistant Vice President she handled casualty and D&O accounts, for Fortune 1000 clients.
Previous work experience includes captive underwriting and claims administration with both Sedgwick Management Services (Bermuda) Ltd. and Alexander Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd.
Ms. Towlson, a Bermudian, is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and is currently a Mentor under the Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies in Bermuda. She is a member of the Insurance Advisory Marketing Committee for Bermuda and in that capacity chairs a committee responsible for enhancing Bermuda's presence at the annual RIMS conference.
